What we collect

How we use it

To create and secure your research account, verify eligibility, process and ship your orders, issue certificates of analysis and invoices, provide support, and meet our record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our hosting and email infrastructure. Each receives only what it needs for that purpose.

Payment data

Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure hosted page. Black Label Research never receives or stores your full card number.

Retention

Order and compliance records are retained as long as required for tax, audit and product-traceability purposes. Account data is retained until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Contact us from the email address on your account and we will action the request.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to order records is restricted to authorized staff, and authentication is handled by a managed identity provider.
